Mount Pleasant road is just of London Road which is one of Sheffields main roads because of this there are loads of restaurants shops and a few pubs very close. We also have a Tescos Sainburys and Aldi only a 5 minute drive away there are also three local gyms Pure Gym Greens and Virgin Active should you want to join. If you have a car there are two drive way spots in front of the house there is also plenty of of street parking. The rent is £280 a month this includes for council tax only. Utility bills are split evenly between everyone in the house. Us :-The house accommodates 4 people Tom and Becky are a couple who share the attic room Tom is 24 Becky is 23 Im Dan and Im 25. Our other room mate has a new job in a different city hence the free room. We are all very social usually going out to the cinema bars or food a couple of times a week.
